Get creative and win a set of customized BUFF® neck wear!

Clubs, team, crew members and running friends, this contest is for you! Winter is coming (sorry to say) and Buff Canada wants to help protect you all against the elements. Enter this exciting contest for a chance to win a set of customized BUFF® neckwear up to 50 people. You don’t have to be part of an official running team or club. You can also participate to win customized gear for your friends and family!

Here’s what you need to do to participate:

Download the custom BUFF® design template here
Either print the PDF and do your design by hand or use the file to design a template on your computer
Be creative! Show us how your original design for custom BUFF® neck wear will complete your look this fall.
With your submission, tell us in 300 words or less something about why your design should win.
Once you have your design ready, make a picture or save your file and upload it to Instagram using hashtag #CRMBUFFDESIGN and also tag @canadianrunning.

The winner will receive up to 50 customized Original BUFF® neckwear (retail value $1250). Didn’t win the grand prize? BUFF® will also be giving away 3 Surprise Packages filled with BUFF® products and much more. There are no limits on the number of entries per group or individual. So all of your team members can submit an entry!

"This #Buff is an explosion of every colour of the rainbow, smiling vibrant #runners cheering on one another, cityscapes and nature-scapes, and high-fives and delicious pastries! All these things symbolize the #spirit of Toronto’s “We Run North York” run crew (WRNY).

WRNY is one of the most diverse #rungroups in #Toronto and we welcome all to join our #running family. Every Saturday morning, runners of all backgrounds, paces, and levels of experience come together to explore the neighbourhoods of Toronto. Beginner 1 to 5 km runners hustle alongside seasoned 100+ km #ultra runners; we make tracks through paved streets and alley, trails and ravines; and we share life stories while sampling the city’s best pastries and coffee spots. At races, find the loudest #cheer group on route, and it’s probably us.

Every silhouette in the design is based on actual photos of some of the #run group’s members, taken throughout the past year. So it is a collective portrait of the group. But, the postures and poses of the figures can also likely be found in many other run group photos. So the design can also represent the lively culture of the broader global #runningcommunity .

This Buff is to celebrate our amazing #runcrew and all other colourful run crews out there. It’s dedicated to everyone who is building #community through good times outside, being #active together, crushing run goals, and being all-around #supportive good people. We run year round, rain or shine, through thick and thin. The colourfulness of this buff expresses the high #energy and #optimism that we can all embody, both in running and in life!
