Under Armour’s new Halo collection has everything runners need
UA's new shoe collection has an everyday trainer, a gym shoe and a racer, satisfying your need for a full complement of athletic shoes
Under Armour
Under Armour just debuted its new Halo collection, reimagining how a race-day shoe, everyday runner and gym sneaker can and should interact with each other. It’s designed with all runners in mind, and in Under Armour’s world, whether you step outside or onto the treadmill for a run, you deserve a shoe that can properly support your efforts.

The Halo collection integrates UA’s proprietary HOVR superfoam, but uses a new design—the iconic UA double arc—embedded directly into the structure of the shoe to improve both balance and stability and to marry form to function in a unique way. The collection is meant to embody perfect symmetry, balance and harmony. According to the brand, Halo represents a new era of design for UA’s footwear, where performance and brand identity are seamlessly integrated.
The Halo collection includes three distinct models: the Runner, Racer and Trainer. Each has been engineered for a specific purpose, yet are unified by a shared foundation of symmetry, balance and harmony.
Under Armour Halo Runner
Built with energy-returning cushioning technology and ultra-stable arch support, the Runner is designed for everyday athletes and fitness enthusiasts who prioritize comfort, support, versatility and style. The double-arc design is easy to spot in the side view of the shoe, but it’s UA’s HOVR superfoam that provides exceptional energy return and impact absorption, ensuring every stride feels powerful, responsive and grounded.
Under Armour Halo Racer
The Halo Racer takes the best of the Runner and makes it speedier, adding a more pronounced curve (or rocker) to the design to guide your stride and recapture your energy with every step. A lightweight upper makes it breathable in any climate. Ideal for everyday athletes seeking speed and responsiveness, this is a racing shoe for any level of runner, whether you’re setting a sub-three-hour marathon PB or getting to the finish line of your first 5K.

Under Armour Halo Trainer
A slightly lower-profile shoe with less of a rocker, the Trainer still boasts structural support of the double-arc logo. The seamless upper ensures your foot stays firmly in place while you squat and deadlift, and is perfect for gym-goers and cross-trainers who demand stability and versatility.
