Ottawa 10K elites pick their Dream Teams for cash and a good cause
The public is invited to select their own fantasy dream teams to compete for prizes and support the Salvation Army's flood relief efforts
The Ottawa 10K has announced an incredible field for the May 25 race, including many of the biggest names in Canadian running. It’s also bringing back the Dream Team Challenge for the second time, which will guarantee an even more exciting race as teams compete for cash and the chance to support one of four local charities.

Four elite Canadians have been selected as team captains, and are in the process of choosing three others to join their Dream Team, racing to support their assigned charity. The fastest team wins, generating a $1,000 donation to the charity, and depending on how they finish, the four-person team will get to share between $1,000 and $6,000.
